PHOTO DELIVERY: Go to the “My Orders” section of our site and upload your photos. You will also receive an email notification when your photos are available for download. The photos will be delivered within 3 days after the publication of the event, in high resolution digital format

NOTE: The minimum number of photos guaranteed in the package is 5 per athlete (including the course and finish line).

Once you upload your bib number, the package becomes personal and non-transferable.

If you find your photos in unidentified files, please contact sac@fotop.com with the code of the photo (s) (located below the photo) within 7 days of the event so that your order can be processed again.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: If you want to cancel your order, you must do so up to 3 days before the event by sending an email to sac@fotop.com. Cancellations will not be accepted after this period. If you don't have the minimum quantity of 5 photos offered, you must request a refund within 30 days after the event via sac@fotop.com. No refund request will be accepted after this period. Refunds and cancellations will be processed within 30 days of the request using the payment method used when

order.
